The Seaweed Water Biscuits were named Best Scottish Speciality Product and were awarded the Nigel Barden Heritage Award by the UK's Guild of Fine Food in the same year.
The Seaweed Oatcakes were awarded the highest accolade of 3 Gold Stars in the 2015 Great Taste Awards and are a great carrier for cheese, meat, fish and pâté.
Mixing sweet with savoury, the unconventional but delicious Seaweed Shortbread is a real treat and one well worth trying.
