Today is National Cheese Lover’s day, a chance for us all to come together and celebrate our love for all the different varieties of cheese out there!
One of the most consumed foods in the world, there are more than 900 cheese types, each classified by taste and texture. As a bakery, we are passionate about using quality cheeses and are very proud to use three speciality cheeses from the Scottish Highlands which we blend with our deliciously buttery puff pastry made from our heritage recipes to create three moreish and indulgent cheese straw varieties.
We also have a huge range of biscuits for cheese all made by hand with the finest ingredients. As savoury biscuits are our speciality, our range also includes some multi award-winning products such as our Seaweed Water Biscuits, made using recipes passed down the generations and sure to liven up any cheeseboard.
