International Food & Drink Event 20th - 22nd March 2023

Stag Bakeries will be showcasing some of our delicious products at the International Food & Drink Event (IFE) between March 20th - 22nd, based at the ExCeL London Arena.

We have less than two weeks to go until we arrive in London to set up all our products for taste testing and make it authentic and pleasing for our customers.

We will be posting another blog two weeks prior to the event to keep you all updated and let you know what products we will be bringing along to the event, with further information such as the products we will have to offer and our stand number etc so you can find us, so keep an eye out for the next one, and while you wait why not have a look around the our own website and the event itself.

The products we are bringing along with us are:

  • Our full variety of flavoured water biscuits including Rosemary, Parmesan & Garlic, Chilli, Salt & Pepper, Original (large and cocktail), and Multi – Seed.
  • Our full range of cheese straws, Strathdon Blue, Smoked Dunlop, and Dunlop.
  • Our seaweed collection consisting of Seaweed Water Biscuits, Seaweed Shortbread, and Seaweed Oatcakes.
  • The Hebridean Baker Collection, consisting of Chocolate Oaties, Mixed Berry Oaties, and Lemon & Ginger Oaties. Marmalade Shortbread, Whisky Shortbread, and Heather Honey Shortbread.
  • Stornoway Oatcake collection, Traditional, Honey & Seed, and Smoked Butter.
  • And lastly our beautifully designed fruit cakes, consisting of Raspberry & Gin, Orange & Whisky, Blackcurrant & Rum, and Something Different for Cheese fruit cake.
