2020 is finally coming to an end and what better way to wave this year goodbye than tucking into some temping treats!
This year our canapé recommendations are the following…
Our heritage Traditional Stornoway Oatcakes topped with creamy goats’ cheese and sweet juicy blueberries. The sweet-and-tangy combination of blueberries and goats’ cheese are a match made in heaven! If you want them slightly sweeter then drizzle some honey over the canapés just before serving.
Our second canape of choice for this evening uses our crisp Cocktail Stornoway Water Biscuits, covered in garlic Aioli with spicy Spanish chorizo and thinly sliced radish to mellow out the tang. This delicious savoury snack can be super addictive after the first bite!
