We came up with the idea of making a taste from the sea as we are surrounded by oceans of sea salt water. We took the idea and made it a great success in producing cocktail sized seaweed oatcakes, shortbread, and water biscuits.
The seaweed oatcakes have recently been awarded three stars and is already a growing favourite for many which marks the success of our whole seaweed collection now award – winning products.
