We are pleased to announce that we are now selling The Hebridean Baker Books in our online store and at our bakery site in Stornoway. So far there are two to collect – The Hebridean Baker and The Hebridean Baker “My Scottish Island Kitchen”.
Coinneach Macleod ‘The Hebridean Baker’ has been involved with Stag Bakeries Ltd for a couple of years now. Together we have produced a collection of the Hebridean Baker Biscuits.
We have produced 3 different flavoured shortbread and 3 different flavoured oaties. The shortbread flavours are Whisky, Marmalade, and Heather Honey. The oaties flavours are Mixed Berry, Lemon & Ginger, and Chocolate.
These products were a huge hit as soon as they launched in October 2022 and continue to be very popular, we also have a Hebridean Baker hamper available for gifting, or you can purchase each item separately and make your own.
