Genuine champagne only comes from France’s Champagne region. French law protects where and how it is made. With some exceptions, only Champagne made according to set specifications and within the French region may label their wines using the term “Champagne.”
We are always keen to recommend our Cheese Straws as a great match for wines, but we think they go rather well with bubbles too!
Our Dunlop Cheese Straws are made with Highland Dunlop, a Scottish hard cheese with slightly higher moisture that develops a lovely depth of flavour as it matures for several months. It has a rounded nutty, warm, and creamy taste that lingers on the palate. We have combined this speciality cheese with our heritage recipe puff pastry to create a beautifully flavoured flaky gourmet cheese straw suitable for all dining occasions.
