Our delicious butterscotch loaf cake is as famous as they come here in the Outer Hebrides, a local must have since the very beginning of our family traditional bakery had started producing them around ten years ago. A Scottish tradition style cake (some would say) that is on everyone’s plate when invited over for a cup of tea/coffee. We have proudly put together special ingredients to ensure the upmost flavours are guaranteed every time we bake, not forgetting to ensure its softness and moist texture.
