Hotelympia here we come!

Stag Bakeries are making our debut appearance at Hotelympia to officially launch a new sweet and savoury biscuit range especially dedicated to the foodservice sector.

Our acclaimed savoury biscuits are ideal for caterers and chefs looking for alternatives to serve alongside a cheeseboard. The cocktail sized range also makes them ideal to use as a base for canapés. Traditional Stornoway Water Biscuits have a neutral flavour and therefore go especially well with a wide selection of cheeses from creamery milder cheese like Brie through to a strong, robust vintage Cheddar. 

Because of our island location in the Scottish Outer Hebrides, as you would expect, our savoury biscuit range designed for caterers includes traditional, authentic rustic Scottish Oatcakes. Embracing our Scottish roots further, the catering range includes Water Biscuits and Oatcakes delicately flavoured with a unique blend of seaweed that is sustainably sourced from the Isle’s sea lochs. These award-winning savoury biscuits offer an interesting alternative biscuit for cheese. 

Stag will also launch new Sweet Straws. The light, crunchy, buttery sweet-twist on traditional savoury straws offer an interesting alternative to a traditional biscuit. Available in four fruity flavours: Apple & Cinnamon, Blackberry & Basil, Raspberry & Chocolate and Sour Cherry & Vanilla. 

Hotelympia will provide a launchpad for Stag Bakeries to showcase their dedicated catering range of sweet and savoury biscuits to the foodservice sector.
