Stag's International Road Trip

There was no chance of a post-Christmas rest for the Stag team. Over the next few months, Stag will be taking on something of an international road-trip with the aim of spreading the word about our fantastic water biscuits, cheese straws, shortbreads, oatcakes and seaweed range.

With the first trade exhibition, we were fortunate to start gently - as this was held in Glasgow! We were delighted to be guests of The Cress Co., one of our fabulous distributors at the Scotland Speciality Food Show. We joined them on their stand to offer tastings and information - as ever, the seaweed range remained a favourite but the new smoked oatcakes were a big hit too.

Next it's over to Lyon to Sirha which will focus on our fabulous food service range. We're sure it will be a great show with almost 3000 exhibitors and 200,000 visitors! 

In February, we head overseas once again to ISM the world's largest bakery and confectionery exhibition that is held each year in Cologne. It's a great opportunity to meet people from all corners of the world and catch up with our overseas distributors in Spain, Russia, USA (we could go on!). 

Once we get to March, its back to Blighty when we'll travel to London to IFE - the International Food Exhibition. This is a great time to catch up with all of the retailers who kindly stock our products. It gives us a great chance to show off new products - and of course, to taste them! This year, we'll have our new Smoked Oatcakes range to try, complete with a new pack design. 

And that's as far ahead as we're thinking at the moment, but we'll be back on the road in the Spring!
